Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Hellotamizha.com, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our services and digital products. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to request a cancellation or refund. Please review our policy below.

1. Digital Products

  • No Refunds for Downloaded Products: Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be provided due to the nature of the product.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate.

2. Service-Based Orders (e.g., Custom Design Work)

  • Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you cancel the service before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation After Work Begins: If cancellation is requested after initial drafts have been shared, only a partial refund (based on work completed) will be issued.
  • No Refund After Final Delivery: Once the final files have been delivered, refunds will not be possible.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To initiate a request, please email us at support@hellotamizha.com with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for cancellation or refund
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)

4. Disputes & Chargebacks
